This 21 Day Gratitude Challenge will bring together brain research and mindfulness tools with a habit-forming mobile app to rewire your brain. You’ll begin to look for the good in all things: people, situations, and life.

  • Week 2: Making Lemonade from Life - What If It’s All Good – Take advantage of a simple perspective shifting tool called What If Up, to shift your perspective and turn anything into a gift or opportunity.
  • Week 3: LEAP into Happiness – Using Succeed On Purpose’s well-known LEAP Method, you’ll learn simple strategies to shift your mindset and create the life you imagined.
