What is Positive Intelligence™?
Positive Intelligence™ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, performance science, and cognitive and positive psychology. Build your mental fitness by implementing powerful practices.

Mental Fitness affects 3 areas:

  • Saboteurs Interceptor Muscle: Saboteurs generate negative emotions, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, avoidance, etc. Mental fitness is the ability to intercept the Saboteurs.
  • Sage Muscle: The Sage handles challenges with a clear, calm mind and positive emotions. This muscle has access to your 5 primary powers.
  • Self-Command Muscle: Strengthening the Self-Command muscle allows us to silence the Saboteurs. With Self-Command, you can push away self-doubts, recover from disappointments immediately, and spend little time in anger, regret, or blame.

    Positive Intelligence Schedule
    (Kicks-off on Saturdays):
    • Week 1 – Boost Self-Command: Develop mental muscle to stop self-defeating thoughts and maximize well-being.
    • Week 2 – Weaken the Judge: The judge impacts us in three ways; by judging ourselves, others, and situations. Weaken the judge's power over your mind, stop beating yourself up, and dramatically increase your energy.
    • Week 3 – Weaken the Saboteurs: Saboteurs are never satisfied with our accomplishments and create negative self-talk that affects self-worth. This lesson will show you how to weaken their power over your mind.
    • Week 4 – Sage Perspective: While weakening the Judge and Saboteur, we can strengthen our Sage Perspective and use its 5 Superpowers. This creates energy, reduce stress, and improves well-being.
    • Week 5 – Boost Sage Power: Learn to empathize with yourself and others while strengthening the Sage and weakening your Saboteurs. This powerful segment boosts joy, energy, and confidence, creating authentic leadership strengths.
    • Week 6 – The Navigate & Activate Powers: Navigating situational stress and activating adapting strategies is the key in this lesson. Energizes your superpowers and increase your mental acuity.
    • Week 7 – Life Applications of the PQ Operating Systems: This last series includes lessons on Conflict Management, Energy Management and Stress Reduction, leveraging the PQ Operating System (SPECIAL BONUS to Succeed On Purpose customers).
    All lessons are included in the App.

    Optional Group or Private Coaching includes 30-minute sessions for 7 full weeks.
